Since November of last year, Stefano e Roberta have decided to live in a lively urban area of the Upper Tiber River Valley. They have chosen a three-story townhouse, with a large basement room, living area and kitchen (plus a bathroom and other rooms) on the ground floor and the night area developed on the floor above.

As soon as you enter you are surprised by the brightness of the room – thanks to a big window facing the garden – and by the lines of the home furnishings, elegant and minimal, almost neutral. This is all due to a precise aesthetical choice that Stefano and Roberta have made, wanting to create an geometrical but functional atmosphere.

You immediately notice, thanks to the big open space of the ground floor, built around a bearing column integrated with a practical snack counter, the contrast between the light colors of the Modulnova kitchen, with high-end appliances – among which stands out the newest induction hob and the Blade cowl – and the darker tones of the refrigerator, of the ultra-technological pyrolytic oven (when reaches 500 degrees a self-cleaning process starts automatically) and of the table. In the living room you will find two compact walls though extremely functional, one dedicated to storage and to the home office, and the other to the TV set. The room is completed by two comfortable reclining fabric couches and a fireplace by Edilcamin finished with drywall which is also utilized to feed the floor heating system and the hot water for the bathroom.

On the upper floor we can look at the master bedroom more in detail. Here we find the Max Capitonnè by Twils bedroom with leather finished head and structure and accessorized with a container box which gains useful storage space. Then we have a large wardrobe with sliding doors and, looking up, we notice a beautiful ventilated wooden ceiling, painted white, to brighten the  room even more.

The choice of the lighting system of the entire home is peculiar, as it doesn’t include any lighting fixtures (only one in the kitchen) but only recessed led spotlights placed in the different ambiences. All this in order to obtain the maximum possible lighting continuing coherently with the modern furnishings of the home.
